Shipping Carriers
Our current Carries are United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS).
Processing and Shipping Times
Typically, orders are processed and ready to be shipped within three (3-5) business days (depending on holidays) after your purchase. However, if extended processing time is needed a banner will notify of time duration on the top of the website. We appreciate your patience.
Tracking numbers will be provided and shipment duration will vary depending on destination. Please note that the delivery date provided by carrier is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carriers, weather conditions, or during peak periods. We appreciate your patience.
Customer Responsibility and Fees
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order has been sent to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to redirect the package.
Currently, all shipping fees are based on carrier calculated rates for all US shipments.
All international shipping costs will be a flat rate cost of $40. The international Customer is responsible for additional costs, taxes, and fees may apply when the product is imported into your location.
