Return / Refund Policy

If you would like to return a product, please contact info@attestwatches.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We offer a 21-day window for returns to take place. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective. Once the item is shipped to, received by, and inspected; you will be updated on the status of the return. 3-5 business days after the item return has been completed, the funds should arrive in your account.

2-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Covers defects in manufacturing, such as movement failures, bracelet defects, etc. Does not cover lost, stolen property, any damage caused by wear, or improper item usage.
